STARKVILLE, Miss.—Senior Hannah L. Oliver of Stuttgart, Arkansas, was named Miss 6996É«»¨Ìà during a public program Friday [Sept. 21]. The fashion merchandising major will represent 6996É«»¨Ìà next summer in the Miss Mississippi Pageant in Vicksburg.

This is the Miss 6996É«»¨Ìà program’s 60th year of providing scholarships to 6996É«»¨Ìà women.
